Ouhlala attention bonne adresse! Run by two young, passionate friends, Louis and Vincent, they put their heart and soul into their work, using organic ingredients and a lot of brio! An oven, a kneading trough, some sourdough, a turn of the hand and you've got a lovely range of speciality breads (Nordique, Richemond, Graines de copains) and viennoiseries to delight your palate! As for pastries, the emphasis is on sobriety, with classics such as éclairs and seasonal tarts. And let's not forget our sandwiches and coffee!

Je m'attendais à manger du pain vraiment excellent, déçue, le pain est au kg, je ne vous dis pas la note, j'ai pris plusieurs sortes de pains. Pains sans goût, qui ne se conserve pas , dès le lendemain tout était dur comme de la pierre. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Un attrape touristes.

Meilleurs Boulangerie de CAEN!
Tout est bon frais, doux sur les papilles. Le pain conserve longtemps et ne devient pas mou, les pâtisseries sont excellentes et raffinées, et il y a toujours de nouvelles saveurs de farines à découvrir.
