Jérôme is the Willy Wonka of Caen! In his chocolate factory, he creates unique recipes such as Délices de Mathilde, Bouchon Normand and Pommes Calvados. The Maître Artisan Chocolatier offers no fewer than 70 types of chocolate bonbons, over thirty tablets and many other sweets. Before leaving for Paris, Charlotte Corday actually lived here in 1793, after the revolutionaries closed the Abbaye aux Dames where she was a boarder.

J'ai découvert cette chocolaterie par l'intermédiaire d'une amie qui m'a offert des chocolat de cet établissement. Une excellente découverte. Je n'ai jamais rien dégusté d'aussi bon. Un régal pour les amateurs de chocolat. Vous trouverez un choix et une qualité hors du commun dans ce magasin. L'accueil et les conseils sont aussi très appréciables.
