Behind Les Douceurs de la Louve, Caroline, who after training at Alban Guilmet, Vert Framboise, Aux P’tites Douceurs or Carbonne decided to create her own business. CAP in her pocket, passionate and really gifted with her hands, she specialised in cake design and number cake, these very elaborate cakes with a lot of decorations for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds! Go and see the pictures of her beautiful creations, it will whet your appetite. All you have to do is place an order or go to her lab for a gourmet workshop!
