Quentin Rambaud, a 25-year-old pastry chef, has opened this tempting boutique. Here, it's back to simplicity, no more fuss and too many ingredients. No more than three flavors in his cakes and it's perfect. We love the Paris-Caen, which has made the address a success, a gourmet alliance between the macaroon and the famous Paris-Brest. The Pavlova and the Madagascar vanilla flan are all sweets to be tried urgently! We also like the quick turnaround on orders and the idea that in fine weather, the ice creams will be part of the party!

J’'ai récemment découvert cette pâtisserie et je suis complètement sous le charme ! Leurs pâtisseries sont de véritables œuvres d'art, aussi belles que délicieuses. Leur attention aux détails et à la qualité des ingrédients est remarquable. Je recommande vivement de visiter cette pâtisserie !
