Owner's Message
at Boucherie Sabot, we select and prepare our meats to offer you the best possible butchery preparations, in the purest French tradition. Our beef is raised in Normandy, mainly in the Pays d'Auge. Our lambs graze in Limousin and our poultry gambol in the farms of Landes.
at the Sabot butcher's shop, we prepare our charcuterie from farm-raised pigs from the Sarthe region. You can also discover our award-winning rabbit, poultry and country terrines. For grilled meats, we offer sausages and merguez made with all our know-how.
Every day, Sylvie's kitchen offers you home-cooked dishes with the refinement that regional products allow. We also offer fresh crudités, tarts and quiches, according to Sylvie's inspiration...
