Maison Tourneux is the address for charcut' lovers in Caen. Once inside, it's easy to see why. You want to taste everything! Almost inevitable, given the expertise of Christophe Tourneux, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2004. His dishes are as much a pleasure for the eye as for the palate. The quality of his workmanship can be appreciated in his terrines, charcuterie pâtissière and ready-to-eat dishes such as gambas tiramisu. In short, an artisanal charcuterie with a touch of subtlety that can also be found in catering services.
