LA RHUMERIE
The latest restaurant in the village square of the Baie Orientale village. A beautiful table that reminds us of the chic beach side, with lanterns and louvers in the dining room. On the map, it is Creole in the broadest sense. We travel the world with sausage rougail, lamb curry, boucané chicken, cod macadam and grilled ouassous (fish). The cuisine is fine and copious and we appreciate the trilogy of sauces that enhance already spicy dishes: Creole sauce, chilli sauce and aubergine red. An elegant Creole cuisine that guarantees freshness.
