CHEZ ABDOU
On the outskirts of town, this bric-a-brac restaurant serves paellas and wood-grilled fish.
A place, out of time, authentic in the forest where once the diplomats hunted wild boars and falcons. We cook fantastic fish, grilled on a wood fire, with a secret chermoula, served with a glass of grey, we touch the happiness. At the helm, Rhimo, the Chef and wife of Abdou, the spiritual leader of the place, draped in elegant immaculate white outfits, who has been watching over his customers, regulars, visitors and a few stars, including Patti Smith and Mick Jagger, who have come to enjoy this lost paradise.
