DAR NOUR
Famous for its maxi buffets on the superb roof top, Dar Nour has opened a restaurant on the first floor that offers delicious à la carte cuisine. In the intimate dining room, with its walls adorned with posters of films shot in Tangier and its beautiful Murano glass lighting fixtures, the fifteen guests enjoy salmon with 1000-hole pancakes, skate puff pastry, an effective tagine and a delicious hibiscus ice cream. At the helm is Abdellah, a young chef who twists Moroccan cuisine with great subtlety. Adorable service.
