LA MURALLA
This new restaurant is nestled in the ramparts of the wall that has protected the kasbah since the 15th century. Past and present intermingle in the architecture of the place and in the dishes. In the kitchen, Mediterranean and Moroccan flavors are brilliantly combined. Comfortably seated in the dining room or on one of the terraces offering spectacular views, let yourself be tempted by the ultra-melting shoulder of lamb or the bass with sesame purée. The orange blossom toubkal and raspberry tart are pure marvels. Excellent service.
