CRUDO
Mediterranean cuisine is on the menu at this restaurant, one of the three opened within the Fairmont Tazi palace perched in the heart of the Old Mountain district. It gives pride of place to local products and in particular to shellfish and fish caught in the strait located a few blocks away. Even the most modest ones like mackerel are offered in a creative and gourmet adaptation. A chic but relaxed setting. On weekends, the atmosphere can be turned up a notch thanks to the musicians and singers who perform live on a rock tempo.
