The cuisine is refined, well-seasoned and masterfully cooked, with seasonal variations. In summer, take the elevator up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy a pizza and a glass of wine while contemplating the extraordinary view over the Kasbah, the Medina and the Bay of Tangier.
