Beautiful riad with patio, in the heart of Tangier's medina, featuring somewhat cramped rooms with zellij-covered showers
You couldn't get more central than this beautiful riad, set in the very heart of the medina. The house has undergone a successful facelift, preserving some of its beautiful old features. These include the patio with its tall columns and arabesque walkways, and the staircase adorned with beautiful deep-blue tiles. The rooms are admittedly a little cramped, but that's the lot of old Moroccan houses. Gilles and Fatima have managed to give them a very cosy feel, brimming with charm right down to the zellige-covered showers.

A good address
Breakfast on the terrace leaves me unforgettable memories.
The owners are very nice.
The Riad is very picturesque in the side streets of the Medina whose inhabitants very welcoming and are open.
I have a very good memory of my first visit in Tangier.
I very highly recommend Riad by its very calm atmosphere by contrast with outdoor trepidations!
