This palace is well-representative of the traditional architecture of the fassis palaces, surrounded by a large monotonous wall but which leaves nothing to guess about the richness that illuminates the interiors. The residence was built in the early th century. The land was exchanged by a right of travel to the Kingdom of Sardinia. Trade between the two countries was successful and a large Italian community had moved to Tangiers. The famous writer Edmundo de Amicis was part of an Italian diplomatic delegation and presented the report of his expedition in his book Morocco. Also noteworthy is the passage from Garibaldi to this magnificent palace. The residence is adorned with a beautiful patio now covered with a glass roof; its walls are covered with zelliges and its lounges are decorated with magnificent chimneys carved into a perfectly purity Carrara marble. The restoration was made by Consul Dominico Fimiani.
