Here, the cuisine highlights fish, seafood and shellfish as well as local products (meat, vegetables, olive oil) directly from the family farm of Karim, the owner. The recipes and dishes are perfectly mastered and emphasize the quality of fresh products. In an ecological approach, plastic bottles have been banned and replaced by recycled glass.
