Founded in 1988 to provide a new cultural impetus, this very modern center organizes temporary exhibitions and, above all, the August moussem. The center was recently renovated, and a small indoor terrace has been added. It's the perfect place to relax after a visit with a cup of mint tea. The square tower, or El-Kamra tower, and the Raïssouni palace are just a hundred meters away and make for a pleasant stroll.
