Public garden with different animal species, with a path winding along the side of Mount Hacho, and small viewpoints
This public garden, which has been open since the end of the 19th century, was once a small zoo housing various animal species. You can still admire many species of birds that have taken up residence in this giant nesting box. You can get there by a path winding along the slopes of Mount Hacho, dotted with sculptures. The path is lined with small viewpoints overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar and leads to the San Antonio hermitage. Occupying the peninsula to the east of the old town, it offers a vast space of greenery and nature to the small enclave.
