BENITEZ BEACH
Beach west of the port overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar, surrounded by the new city and framed by oil depots
West of the port and overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar, Benitez beach is far from being the most beautiful in the Spanish enclave. Surrounded by the new city and framed by oil depots, the setting is not really idyllic. The sand covers only part of the coastal strip, elsewhere it is pebbles or cobbles. On the other hand, it has the advantage of a large parking lot. A few snack bars and bars allow you to eat at low prices or to quench your thirst with a cold drink when the mercury rises sharply.
