The bay to the north of Ceuta extends for a few kilometers, from the urban beaches, with many rocky areas.
The bay to the north of Ceuta extends for about 10 km, from the end of the port area to the Benzú district. It begins and ends with urban beaches. Playa Benítez, which is quite busy and very large, has all the services. Benzú beach is frequented by the locals and is ideal for scuba diving. Between these two beaches, a long road runs along numerous rocky areas and two other small beaches: Calamocarro, in a mountainous area classified as a ZEPA (ornithological protection area), and Punta Blanca.
