How do you recognize a chic pastry shop in a small Moroccan town? Its surroundings are clean, of course, but above all it serves cakes covered with chocolate or custard. At Rahmouni's, you can even find macaroons. Our preference is for local pastries. Makrouts filled with dates, gazelle horns sprinkled with powdered sugar, chebakia with cinnamon and orange blossom flavors... everything is there to create a nice assortment.
