LE DINARJAT
Located near the Oudayas district, this restaurant is the most sophisticated in Rabat when it comes to Moroccan cuisine. Here you can taste classic dishes in the refined setting of an old Arab-Andalusian palace. We appreciate the misty atmosphere in the light of the lanterns. A la carte, must-haves such as the harira, a traditional soup or pigeon and almond pastilla, marinated chicken, lamb tagine with dried fruit. The non-exhaustive menu focuses on a few classics cooked according to the rules of the art. Lovely welcome.
