Restaurant offering traditional cuisine and fresh, local, homemade products.

A charming little country restaurant overlooking the village square, which respects the essential notions of traditional cooking, and more particularly good Norman cooking. Let’s enjoy the fresh and local products, home-cooked by Huguette (aka Maman). Everything is delicious: eggs in a casserole with three cheeses, veal chop from the Auge Valley, braised ham deglazed with pommeau, guinea fowl in cider, homemade tripe in the style of Caen... Not to mention the desserts. Nothing to complain about: you can enjoy Maman’s specialities.

I went here with family for lunch in August. We were over from the US. Did not have a res but showed up at 12 on a weekday. Got a table upstairs. The service was friendly and the food was fantastic. I had a veal chop which was amazing. By the time we left at 2pm the place was full. I can see why. Very friendly owners. You will not be disappointed.

Charmant et typique de la région. Situé à u cœur du village de Cambremer (superbe), ce restaurant bohème chic mérite une halte. Déco authentique et raffinée , la cuisine maison propose des plats régionaux à base d'excellents produits. Accueil et service agréable. Mieux vaut réserver !
