SAINT-DENIS CHURCH
Church located in the centre of the village, it is endowed with a Romanesque tower in a square plan dating from the 12th century.
Situated in the centre of the village, the Saint-Denis church has a square Romanesque tower dating from the 12th century, built in Caen stone, and finished by a cornice with modillions. It is also the oldest part of the building. At the beginning of the 19th century, the church lost the north arm of its transept to make way for the market square, and in 1947 it was remodelled and renovated. Sixteen stained glass windows from the 20th century can be admired, evoking the history of the early Christians or historical figures such as Joan of Arc or Charlemagne.
