One of these new producers is Antoine Marois, a native of the Pays d'Auge, whose winemaking approach to cider is giving birth to exceptional ciders. Because, like the vine, there are great cider terroirs. Passionate and innovative, this cider-maker opens the doors of his estate, nestled on a hilltop overlooking Cambremer, by appointment. They offer different variety of ciders from extra brut to demi sec. We bought a bottle of each cider, and we enjoyed them all!
I really recommend stopping by and discover Antoine Marois' ciders and apple juice!
