Remarkably well-preserved caves at Tan-Tan, inhabited by men and some used to shelter livestock
About 25 km east of Tan-Tan, heading towards M'Sied, drive for a dozen kilometers, then take a track to the left on the road leading to the Drâa wadi. The caves you will see there were inhabited by men, and some of them were used to shelter cattle. There are no serious studies or engravings to tell us about the habits and customs of these inhabitants, but the site is remarkably well preserved. If you are in the area, it requires a detour to go and have a look at it.
