Terrible stay in December 2009: no towels, not paper WC, not covers (all should have been asked!), not heating (barely 10° in the rooms and restaurant), hot water and when you arrive at the till the next morning after a sleepless night, the price of a room from Dhs (171 - 10% confirmed by e-mail) 210 while access rate is 190, 148 Dhs 180 meals from 90 to 98, etc...
