O' BLEU MOGADOR
Hidden in a small alley in the medina, this establishment welcomes you in an intimate and neat setting. While you're sipping a homemade kir, the chief will come in person to advise you. The dishes change regularly according to the seasons, but the common thread remains the fish. Among the tempting suggestions: oyster tagine from Oualidia, sea bream in a dried fruit crust or monkfish in the bourride style with its candied lemon aioli. It is one of the best tables in Essaouira, which partly explains the rating, which is quite high for the city.
