Silvestro is one of the institutions in Essaouira for Italian cuisine. Here, it's in our blood, everything is homemade, pastasciutta, carpaccio, wood-fired pizza, gnocchi and tutti quanti... Some will find the setting a bit kitschy with the flowery wallpapers, but the flavours are there for a very sweet final addition. The welcome is charming and the warmth of the atmosphere wins over the locals. Definitely a good address with a cuisine that does not deceive! So are you ready for an express return trip to Italy?
