NKOA is the story of a group of friends, a little bit adventurous, who, after leaving school, embarked on a lovely project: to take Moroccan palates and other visitors on a journey. In this high-ceilinged space, NKOA was born: Néo - Kitchen - Of - Africa, Asia, America. A completely fusion cuisine that evolves with the seasons. From Malian mafé to Iranian Abad and Ethiopian ingéra, dishes are revisited, modern, colorful, almost artistic. Let yourself be guided, ask for advice - you won't be disappointed, it's all delicious!
