Beyond the atmosphere and ambience that emanates from this place, Uncle Blend is one of those addresses that takes us beyond Casablanca and the Cherifian kingdom. The cuisine is inspired by American fast-food restaurants, with a French touch. Another fusion restaurant that doesn't disappoint. Tiger salad, ceviche, hamburgers and tapas revisited, woks and so many others... Nice wine list. You have to put a price tag on it, but we're having a great time. Also afterworks during the week, with happy hours. Impeccable service.
