Charming restaurant offering quality French cuisine by chef Taki Kabbaj in Casablanca.
French and high level cuisine, all finesse and sun-drenched. Taki Kabbaj, who passed through the Bocuse Institute in Lyon, works his plates as a painter would work his canvases. On the menu: roasted sweetbreads, bluefin tuna tataki, rib steak or marrow toast. The chef being an art lover, the works decorating the restaurant are from his private collection. The shady garden or the Art Deco rooms offer completely different atmospheres. An ideal place for a romantic evening as well as for a business lunch.
