Meat and wine to be enjoyed in a friendly neighbourhood restaurant in Casablanca.
A very friendly atmosphere at lunchtime in this neighbourhood restaurant where red wine is served with good meat. A traditional brewery decor has been recreated, with red tablecloths, whitewashed walls with beams through them, dark wooden furniture and dressed waiters. The meat is cooked according to your choice, medium, rare or blue, accompanied by crispy and fine fries. Cut into nicely arranged slices on a tray, it is served in the centre of the table, decorated with a "Café de Paris" sauce, on a stove that keeps it at room temperature. Despite a slightly old-fashioned decoration, it is without a doubt for this neighbourhood address. Notice to meat lovers!
