Another institution that has not aged a day! Jacky Rolling and his wife opened the Retro 1900 in 1986. The idea? Open a beautiful restaurant with French gourmet cuisine. Since then, Moroccan officials, expatriates and business leaders have been going there to discover the Chef's latest specialities. If today the address is undoubtedly one of the best addresses in the city, it is a little reluctant by Moroccan youth... For a chic and quality dinner, we go there with our eyes closed!

l'établissement se veut haut standing, mais quelques erreurs de services ont été notées.
Ce qui nous vraiment refroidit c'est l'attitude de la patronne à l'arrivée. Elle vous analyse de haut en bas, elle vous juge et ne cherche pas à se cacher quand elle souffle un commentaire à l'oreille de la serveuse à notre égard.
Pour info je portais une paire de basket un jean et une chemise à manche courtes. Nous sommes en 2022 et le Maroc n'est plus sous protectorat français pour rappel. Vous dirigez un commerce, ayez la fibre un peu plus commerciale.
