THE CENTRAL MARKET RESTO-GRILL SALAHEDDINE
Market with a superb arch, beautiful fruit and spice stalls, a good address for grilled fresh fish in Casablanca.
Pierre Bousquet, an architect commissioned at the time of the protectorate, is the author of several emblematic facilities, the Central Market, the Pasteur Institute, the Stock Exchange and the Lyautey High School. As far as the Central Market is concerned, the arch surmounted by a clock is one of his achievements. There are beautiful fruit stalls, sellers of "honey from the countryside" and spices. Also a few crafts. A good address also to have lunch a fresh fish grill.
