Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., it has 9 lines covering a network of over 200 km.
Tickets are either QR codes printed on paper, valid for one journey, or a magnetic Tourist Card with an unlimited number of journeys. There's also a rechargeable card available if you're staying in Delhi for a long time or making few journeys. At the entrance to each station, be prepared to be searched.
You'll be searched every time you enter the metro, and your bag will be X-rayed. Men and women must queue separately for body searches.

Very practical because the city is very wide and many tourist sites are well served; When you are staying several days, it is better to take the pass, otherwise you indicate the station and sold the corresponding token. Very clean, good signs, nothing to say! The bags are excavated and surveillance looks serious!
