Sakura is probably the Delhi restaurant offering the most complete choice in Japanese cuisine. The map, thick like the directory, offers among other things sunomono, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, wagyu beef and of course the essential sushi and sashimi. The fish come in large variety, in thick and melting slices. The Japanese clientele is an additional guarantee for the authenticity and quality of the restaurant. The frame, a little dull, lacks soul, as often in hotels. Sakura is still an excellent alternative to eating raw fish in Delhi.
