DELHI PARSI ANJUMAN
Here is a place as unusual as secluded. This is the resthouse of parsi, a religious community not represented in Delhi. The site is specific in three areas: You will see the only agiary (temple of fire) of the city, the only kitchen restaurant exclusively parsi and a single dish served at noon as evening, in week. You will discover patra-or-machi, in other words, the fillets of fish marinated in coconut milk and served on a banana leaf. On Fridays and Sundays, there is a choice between two specialties: dhansak (a mix of very slightly spicy lenses and meat) and murgi murgi (spiced chicken with potato). The only condition for dining here? Book your table before 10 a. m. and Dhun Bagli, the chef, will receive you in person!
