Built in 1956 by an Kashmiri businessman, this beautiful hotel offers you a «chic» stay in Delhi. The location, midway between Connaught Place and the remains of the old town, is its first asset. The second, size, is its fabulous restaurant: The Chor Bizarre. Breakfast is served in the form of a rich Indian and continental buffet. If the 26 rooms are comfortable and modern, only a small handful have an unobstructed view over Old Delhi and a refined decoration justifying the rates. Visit several before choosing. The reception, a poil, informs the visitor with kindness. Note: The hotel offers Old Delhi guides (Foot, 2 hours). In the programme, commentés monuments, snacks in a pastry, anecdotes and good atmosphere. The only valid address in Old Delhi.
