It's impossible to come to India without tasting kulfi, the favorite ice cream of children and adults alike. Here, you're guaranteed a quality product that hasn't been defrosted and refrozen 10 times. It's a long ice lolly, particularly creamy and sweet. The most famous is pistachio, but it also comes in rose, mango or cream(malai) flavors. The other specialty is falooda kulfi.
