My name is Nicole Dane, founder of Heart of India Travel. Born in the Netherlands, raised in France and now based in Jaipur, I am deeply connected to India and its vibrant cultures. My love for this exceptional country and my desire to make a positive impact through travel gave birth to Heart of India Travel. My experiences with the people and places of India inspired me to create a company that not only offers extraordinary travel, but also actively contributes to the communities we work with.
At Heart of India Travel, we specialize in authentic, tailor-made travel (photography included) that goes beyond the beaten track. We take you to lesser-known destinations, where we collaborate with unique hotels and guesthouses that are not only beautiful, but also play an active role in supporting local communities, whether through sustainable tourism, education or the preservation of cultural traditions. This makes each trip not only an unforgettable memory, but also a meaningful experience.
It's important to note that every trip I propose is an itinerary I've traveled and tested myself. This allows me to offer you a personalized and authentic experience, in the knowledge that every aspect of the trip has been carefully chosen and lived by my own hand.
My partner, Ranjeet Singh, has over 15 years' experience in the tourism industry and is an expert in creating unforgettable journeys across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Ranjeet is renowned for his commitment to excellence, his respect for local cultures and his unfailing reliability. His passion for his work makes Heart of India Travel a unique partner for travelers seeking an authentic experience of India.
As a French speaker, I'm also there for our French-speaking travelers, but I also speak English and Dutch. This allows me to communicate in the language of my clients, ensuring that they always benefit from my support, advice or help with translations.
