Excellent value hotel offering spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and hot water.
This 9-room hotel is one of the city's institutions. A former haveli that's a little dark, its rooms are nonetheless spacious, and the bathrooms are clean and have hot water! Pretty flowery friezes frame screened doors and windows. Rooms facing the street are cooler, but inevitably noisier. Friendly welcome from the owner. Beware, he tends to quote prices on the spur of the moment. Excellent value for money, however, provided you don't take advantage of the posted rate.
