SHREE JAGAT SHIROMANIJI TEMPLE
3-storey temple dedicated to Krishna, with representations of the god at the entrance to the central hall and sculpted roofs at the top
This three-story temple is dedicated to the god Krishna. At the entrance of the central hall, where the priest officiates, you will see representations of the god. There, on the wall are still visible red handprints, they are traces of sati (sacrifice of a wife on the pyre of her dead husband). If the priest is willing, you can climb to the top of the temple to admire the carved roofs, representing scenes and deities of the pantheon.
