Who doesn't know the Omelette Shop? It is impossible to stay in Jodhpur without seeing this famous man who sells hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs... and especially omelets. His stand is located on the left side of the Sardar Market entrance, on the old city side. Victim of his success, Ramkishan Gwalani faces many traders who try to imitate him, even if some of them have closed down with the Covid-19 pandemic. While enjoying a good cheese masala omelet, take a look at his guest books; they are very funny!

in fact there are two " omelettes shop" near the door, and both offer good products; the " copie" run by a young man, also has a gold book which contains hilarious declarations. Just after, on the right when you come from the old town, you will find an excellent fruit juices merchant
