This pocket museum is actually a private collection founded by N.K. Sharma. A native of the city, he has crisscrossed the desert for years, collecting traditional costumes, musical instruments, agricultural tools, portable temples, horse and camel harnesses, paintings and other curiosities. All of this is displayed behind dusty old glass cases, with annotations written on small cardboard boxes by hand. The whole forms a charming and somewhat outdated set which will interest especially the amateurs of folklore.
