Considering the crowd that waits at all hours in front of this sign, we are inevitably in front of one of the best chai stalls in Bikaner. Here, the tea is prepared in copper pots, in the respect of the tradition. Milk, water, spices, are boiled, then aerated by a chaiwala who takes pleasure in doing the show. The tea is served in clay cups, in the old way. You sit on a rattan stool in the shade of the big tree which provides a beneficial shadow. To be served, pay the cashier first, then queue up at the stand.
