Diu beaches, including Nagoa with its calm sea, the pleasant Gomtimata beach towards Vanakbara and the long Ghoghla beach.
There is a succession of beaches along the south coast, but the waves sometimes make swimming dangerous. Nagoa beach is the most popular, as the sea is calm. It offers a wide range of facilities: changing booths, water sports, street food stalls... Gomtimata beach, on the way to Vanakbara, is not very busy, yet very pleasant. Beaches close to Diu Town: Jallandhar, not recommended for swimming, Chakratirth, more pleasant, and Sunset Point. On the other side of the bridge, the long beach of Ghoghla is magnificent and calm.
