AINA MAHAL
Called the "Palace of Mirrors", its walls are covered in rococo mirrors, and it houses a museum with items such as the king's bed.
Built in 1752, the Aina Mahal Palace, the "palace of mirrors", houses a museum containing magnificent pieces such as the king's bed, whose legs are made of solid gold. The walls are covered with rococo mirrors, and the ceilings are made of wood, as are the carved pillars. Note the magnificent doors and sedan chairs. In the first room, a 15-meter-long scroll from the late 19th century depicts a procession of the maharaja's army. A room containing a fountain is also open to visitors.
