Tagore's family home, where you can see the two rooms where he was born and the one where he died, as well as manuscripts and objects.
This is the family home of the Indian Nobel Prize winner, Rabindranath Tagore. He was born in 1861 and died in 1941. One can visit both rooms, the one of his birth and the one of his death. He is now buried in the garden of the property. There are manuscripts, paintings and objects that belonged to Tagore and his family. Also paintings by Tagore himself as he was also a brilliant painter. The renowned Rabindrabharati University is just next door.
