Located a few minutes walk past the zoo, the Darjeeling Ropeway reopened on February 2, 2012 after a complete renovation. This cable car, more impressive than the one in Gangtok in Sikkim, offers a magnificent view of the tea plantations of Puttabong. The ride lasts about twenty minutes then we go down to Singla. The time to take some photos and we go back up in the cabin to make the opposite way. A major attraction of Darjeeling.
