Helly is a sparkling young girl who manufactures Western cakes with local products. And it's just delicious! Originally from New Zealand, she discovered a custard talent after deciding to settle in Darjeeling. Since December 2009, tourists and Indians have ordered him to make pastries and to book them herself. You can also enjoy his delicious cakes at Gatty's Cafe, hosted by his friend Gautam.
